WEDDINGS

The grounds of the Lighthouse (excluding the Lighthouse Keepers Cottages and yards) can be hired for wedding ceremonies and/or photography of the wedding party. Unfortunately, receptions cannot be held within the grounds of the Lighthouse.

Cost:  
The cost to hire the Lighthouse grounds for your wedding ceremony is $330.00. This fee gives you and your bridal cars access to the grounds for 2 hours. If your bridal party wishes to have access to the lighthouse tower for photos, an additional fee of $165.00 is payable. This fee gives your bridal party (maximum 12 people) access to the first balcony of the lighthouse.

Accommodation: 
Accommodation is available in both of the lighthouse Cottages. Rates start from $210.00 per cottage per night. (each cottage sleeps 8 people). Please enquire about availability early, as the cottages can be booked as far as 12 months in advance.

Confirmation:
To confirm your booking, a “Wedding Occupation Licence” form must be completed and returned with full payment. The date will NOT be confirmed until full payment has been received by the caretaker.

Parking Arrangements:
On the day of your wedding, your guests will park their vehicles in the top carpark. Guests will access the grounds via the path leading to the lighthouse tower. No access is permitted for wedding guests past the gate of the guest houses. Bridal party cars can enter the top gate (close the gate behind you to keep the public out) and drive to the designated parking area for ceremonies. In the case of elderly or handicapped guests please contact the caretaker to make arrangements.

Site Regulations:
Under no circumstances are alcohol or illegal substances to be consumed on site. Confetti is strictly prohibited. The site must be left in a clean and tidy condition or a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
